Delivery Costs
There is a flat £5 delivery charge on all orders, so regardless of order size all you pay on any order is £5. Standard delivery usually occurs in 1-5 days
Next day delivery is available as an option in checkout. The cost of this is a flat £10. Orders before 4pm Monday - Friday will be dispatched sameday for next day delivey.
Saturday delivery is also an option in checkout at a cost of £20.
On oversized items such as steel or aluminium goals, dugouts, ball stop systems which require HGV delivery additional delivery costs will apply, based on location.
Delivery Times
The majority of items are off the shelf. This means orders before 4pm can be dispatched same day, for next day delivery if required.
This applies to such items as Samba Goals, Football Nets, Training Equipment etc
Exceptions
Items such as steel or aluminium goal posts, dugouts, ball stop systems etc. take longer for delivery. This is due to either they are custom made systems or require special transport for delivery, or both. These items cannot be delivered next day or on saturdays. If you select next day delivery in checkout we will do our upmost to prioritise your order.
Please note this only applies to large, heavy, long steal/aluminium products. Other off the shelf items such as Football Nets & Samba Goals are dispatched immediately and can be delivered next day.
Delivery Methods
Delivery methods are dictated by the size of the item. Small items under around 2kg will be delivered by Royal Mail (1st & 2nd class services). Everything else, bar oversized items (steel goals, dugouts etc.) will be delivered by courier - usually Parcel Point, but could be Business Post, TNT, FedEx, TNT, Nightfreight or Tufnells. Oversized items are delivered via HGV.
Some orders may occasionally arrive in multiple deliveries. Our coruiers do not necessarily require signitures, but if you would like goods left in your absence we suggest leaving a prompter note on your door stipulated where you would like the parcel left (eg. porch or neighbour)
