- Delivery time and delivery method will vary according to the product in question. Most items are carried in stock, however some will require preparation time. As such delivery of off the shelf can be within 5 days or Next Day if required.
Delivery of more substantial, heavy or cumbersome products can vary between 1-4 weeks. Some of the largest items require special haulage, due to the insane cost involved with transport in the UK to make delivery viable and as cost effective as possible this is only undertaken when there are full regional loads. Haulage to Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and all UK Islands will incur extra cost.
NetWorld shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of the products. - Privacy & Security
- Net World Sports Limited is committed to protecting your privacy, and we take our responsibilities regarding the security of user information very seriously. This Privacy Statement sets out how we comply with both UK and European Union data protection requirements. We have structured our website so that you can visit without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information. Once you choose to provide us with any information by which you can be identified, it will be used only to process enquiries. For your protection, we are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and have given all appropriate notifications to the Information Commissioner. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required to do so by law.
- Returns & Replacements
- Goods supplies by NetWorld will be of the highest standard. If defective goods are received please notify by email or telephone. All problems of this nature will be rectified swiftly and to customers satisfaction. Return of goods is permissible; to be eligible for reimbursement of full unit value goods returned as new, and in condition which allows resale as new. Outbound shipping is non-refundable If goods are returned in a soiled state we reserve our right to decline or apply restocking charges. Goods of a custom or specialised nature may not be eligible for refunds.
- Ordering
- Orders through NetWorld can be made online or via the telephone. Both methods will result in secure card payments being taken. Credit & Debit card payments are processed through our SagePay secure terminal where the payments are then handled by Halifax Bank of Scotland. We will supply to private, public and trade organisations. As a company we reserve the right to cancel and refund orders.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- The prices for the products are as indicated on the website and these prices include any applicable sales tax and duty. Delivery cost includes postal insurance. The cost of any order must be paid by you up-front by a credit or debit card acceptable to the Company. We also accept cheques but please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear before goods can be dispatched. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down. If for this, or any other reason a product is not acceptable, the Company must be notified in writing (including email) within 7 working days of receipt, and the product may be returned for a full refund to your credit/debit card account. This does not affect your statutory rights. Promotions and incentives can change, end or exclude without prior notice. No retrospective credits to promotional price will be issued.
- Viewing Orders
- When ordering online through NetWorld you will receive confirmation through to the specified email. Please make sure email entered is correct. This confirmation email will contain all relivant information regarding your purchase; goods order; order total, shipping method, invoice address, shipping address, order number. In the checkout process you will have the option to register, by doing this you facilitate the ability to view your orders online by way of accessing your NetWorld account online.
- Updating Account Information
- If you believe that any information we are holding about you is incorrect or incomplete, please write or email us as soon as possible to the above address. Any incorrect information will be corrected promptly
